STRICTLY NO RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to the complex nature of premium lighting fixtures—which often feature delicate materials such as glass and crystals and specialized electronic components—we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.

This comprehensive policy applies to all orders, including those shipped internationally to the European Union. By placing an order with Glow Mahal, you explicitly waive the right to a "cooling off" period, as outlined under certain consumer protection regulations.

3-DAY DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY (EXCHANGE ONLY)

While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that rare manufacturing defects can occasionally occur. We provide a strictly limited timeframe to address these exceptional issues.

You have exactly three (3) calendar days after receiving your item to report a manufacturing defect and request an exchange for an identical replacement.

Eligibility Requirements for a Defective Item Exchange:

To qualify for an exchange due to a manufacturing defect, you must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Timeframe: Contact us at buylightonline@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, as confirmed by the tracking number timestamp.

  • Condition: The item must be in its exact original condition—uninstalled, unused, and with all original tags and labels still attached.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its complete and undamaged original packaging (inner and outer boxes, styrofoam inserts, plastic protectors). We are unable to accept any items without the original packaging due to the high risk of damage during transport.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or valid proof of purchase for the defective item.

How to Process a Defective Item Claim:

  • Step 1: Send an email to buylightonline@gmail.com within the strict 3-day timeframe after delivery.

  • Step 2: In your email, clearly include your order number and provide clear photos and/or videos that clearly demonstrate the manufacturing defect, along with photos of the original packaging condition.

  • Step 3: Upon evaluation and confirmation of a genuine manufacturing defect, Glow Mahal will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  • Step 4: Carefully pack the defective item in its original packaging and ensure it is sent to our authorized exchange location listed below:
